Nationals and attaching your trick rope PDF Print E-mail
Written by Paul Adams

If you are using your own rope for tricks and having the rope attached at the "Mid Point" or "Tower", your rope will be attached to a 6 inch leader off of the tower.  If you feel this 6 inches will affect your skiing you will need to adjust your rope accordingly.  The reason for this is to eliminate the wear and tear on the engine cover from judges having to climb on the cover to remove and attach ropes from the tower.

If attaching your trick rope to the "High Point" or "Super Fly High" your rope will be attached to a 2 meter leader as in the past.
