In an effort to clarify the qualifying  requirement for the US Barefoot National Championships the follow rules were removed from the ABC Rulebook.

·         Last sentence of 407b was removed

·         USA PPG 407 c,d,e,f,g   were removed

·         USA PPG 407h was renumbered to USA 407c
