The American Barefoot Club’s Team Select, led by Scott Jones, have chosen the Elite and Junior Teams for the 2024 World Barefoot Championships in Auburndale, Florida, competing for gold from October 5-12, 2024. The teams will be joined by Independent skiers in the Elite, Junior, and Under 23 divisions in competition with teams from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and more.
Selectees for the Elite Team include Brett Swanbom, Brody Meskers, Carter Boerman, Faith Dix, Jason Lee, Michael Caruso, Noah Kinnaman, and Orval Cyr. Team members for the Juniors include Amara Bruns, Brooke Gunderson, Martin Cyr, Noah Kinnaman, Orval Cyr, and Owen Schattschneider.
The Elite Team Coach is Dale Stevens and Landen Ehlers is the Junior Team Coach. Andrew Martin is the Elite and Junior Team Manager, while Jerry Kanawyer is the Assistant Team Manager. Blake Ehlers is the Independent Coach for the Elite, Junior, and Under 23 competitors, with Sandy Boerman as the Independent Manager.
